In the role of Business Support, a working day is impossible to predict. Often, you just go with the flow. During a day, tasks come your way that you could not have predicted in advance. At that point, you adapt and make sure the tasks are completed.

That is precisely why I enjoy this role. I get my energy from arranging, organizing and planning. In retrospect, completing the study of HBO Facility Management was therefore a very fitting choice for me as a person.

These aspects are certainly reflected at Districon. By carefully executing the work in the background, I ensure that my colleagues can focus on the Core Business.
